Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Full Stack Developer -AVP, where you’ll design, build, and enhance applications supporting Financial Crime Screening. The role involves hands‑on engineering, building resilient microservices, automation and performance optimization. The developer will partner closely with Product Owners, Domain SMEs, DevOps and QA teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and regulatory‑compliant screening capabilities.
To be successful in this role , you should have experience with:
- Modern Full-stack Engineering including strong hands-on coding across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Designing and building dynamic, data‑driven applications using modern frameworks, server integrations, and database connectivity.
- Backend development with Java, REST APIs, Microservices, and integration components.
- Working knowledge of DevOps tooling, pipelines, test‑first practices, and Agile delivery - a continual focus across Enterprise DevOps forums.
- Applying secure coding standards, test‑driven approaches, and robust design patterns that ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, server configuration, and data modelling for full‑stack applications.
- Effective Stakeholder management with global leads and delivery teams.
Some of Highly Valued Skills may include:
- Candidates with experience in Banking / Finance domain preferred.
- Experience working with any flavour of Java.
- Handled Client-Server based application.
- Experience developing effective and interactive Front-end UI using React JS or Angular.

Purpose of the role
To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
