To be successful as a Salesforce Tech Lead , you should have experience with:

  • primary skill to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirement

  • Deep knowledge about Apex programming and triggers and batch classes

  • Strong knowledge on Lightning Web Components, Flows

  • experience in Integration of the Salesforce solutions with the enterprise applications

  • Strong knowledge on Salesforce Configuration, data model, security model and governor limits. Exposure to Data security and regulatory controls.

  • experience in Salesforce administration

  • Expertise in deployment using DevOps environment via Jenkins, gitlab, vsCode or similar tools

  • Knowledge on Salesforce AI and no code tools like Omni Studio

  • Strong problem solving skill and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

  • knowledge of Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud features

  • Design, Develop and delivery of high-quality end to end solutions by using org aligned frameworks and tools

  • Architect robust data structure and ensure to follow no code or low code approach wherever possible

  • ability to work as an individual contributor and guide and help other developers

  • Communicate with peers, participate in code reviews, and ensure design and implementation is accurate

  • Ensure that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance

The role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
