To be successful as a "Product Owner", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Engage with other Product Owner’sand Business stakeholders to discuss and negotiate dependencies.
Act as face of product to Stakeholdersespecially senior leadership.
Act as customer representative to team and explains the value of the change to the business.
Help elaborate Stories to Tech team where detail needed.
Review and accept of all work completed in Sprint.
Participate in Story Refinement sessions.
Participate in Sprint Planning to help team understand the change and ensure priority of work is correct.
Self-initiate new Ideas/ Product features / enhance existing features.
Seek funding opportunities from Stakeholders/Business Areas for new initiatives.
Experience of creating Business Case and presenting it to Senior stakeholders
Work with Projects to exploit their funding to become the vehicle to deliver new features/improve existing as well as their core requirements.
Engage with users to understand user patterns / behaviours / potential improvements / pain points.
Analysis prioritisation in collaboration withotherleads; Prioritise live issue fixes.
Explore metrics across the product, collaborate with Tech and Domain Lead to drive improvement.
Create Domain Roadmaps to detail feature delivery and timelines.
The need to drive metrics to bring to life the delivery of features and associated issues.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) will be desirable
Foundational knowledge of product management and Agile methodologies.

This role will be based out ofPune.
Purpose of the role
To manage product management initiatives and set the strategic direction. Provide support to the bank's senior management team, and to manage product development risk across the organisation.
Accountabilities
- Development of strategic direction for product management, including the implementation of up to date methodologies and processes.
- Management of product management initiatives, including oversight of colleagues and their performance, implementation of departmental goals and objectives, oversight of department efficiency and effectiveness. .
- Relationship management of product management stakeholders, including identifying relevant stakeholders, and maintenance of the quality of external third party services.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures for product management.
- Management of product management risk, including identification of potential risks, development of strategies to mitigate those risks, and maintenance of alignment between the bank’s product management and compliance functions. .
- Monitoring the financial performance of the product management department, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Conducting thorough market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify market opportunities.
