Key Responsibilities:

  • Practical understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including objects, flows, validation rules, security model, and sharing architecture
  • Experience overseeing or contributing to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs, with the ability to review designs and code quality
  • Considerable knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, dashboards, and data quality controls across large-scale CRM implementations
  • Practical exposure to DevOps and release management for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, and deployment governance.

To be successful as a Salesforce Developer - Vice President, you should have experience with:

·Provide adept technical leadership for enterprise Salesforce platforms, aligning CRM capabilities with Sales and business objectives.

·Deliver multi-layered Salesforce and integrated solutions at scale engaging multi-disciplinary technology teams.

·Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, including roadmap definition, execution, and platform governance.

·Partner effectively with senior business stakeholders to translate sales strategy into scalable technology solutions.

·Demonstrate ample ownership of risk, controls, and regulatory compliance within Salesforce and integrated ecosystems.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
