Join Barclays as a Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) Specialist, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will be joining the Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) team, supporting the control functions for Trade and Transaction reporting, focusing on EMEA regulations. You will be liaising within TTRO, Compliance, Technology, Global Markets Operations, and the business. You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.
To be successful as a Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations Specialist, you should have experience with:
• Investment Banking knowledge.
• Risk Management, regulatory awareness and Escalation.
• Experienced in using technical documents from the transaction reporting industry for project work.
• High attention to detail and a diligent approach to work with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and challenge existing processes.
• PC literate with advanced Excel skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
• TTRO Experience.
• Awareness of Trade Reporting mechanisms (e.g. connectivity to GTR, FpML etc).
• Global Markets Middle Office Knowledge.
• Knowledge of JIRA system.
• Strong Influencing Skills.

The location of this role is based in our Glasgow Campus.
Purpose of the role
To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
