Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
- Stakeholder and communications management: The ability to effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. This includes identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups, using suitable channels for achieving clear outcomes, consensus and conflict resolution.
- Requirements Management and Solutions Development: The ability to understand the requirements, specifications and proposed solutions of a change initiative, assessing the alignment to agreed outcomes and taking into account known constraints. In this context, this skill is about ensuring the outputs, business outcomes and user stories that have been defined support the delivery of the agreed outcomes of a change initiative.
- Risk and issue management: The ability to identify and communicate delivery risks and issues related to the business outcome that has been defined, for purpose of identifying what the mitigation or resolution should be, including escalations.
- Outcomes and benefits management: The ability to identify, and work in partnership to plan and realise the outcomes and benefits of the programme. This includes determining a realistic assessment of what is achievable by working alongside technology and programme teams

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
- Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
