Join us as a Product Manager within Wholesale Lending, where you’ll take ownership of your products end-to-end, from creating and launching new solutions, improving efficiency, to evolving existing products to meet changing business and customer needs. No two days are alike, you’ll manage governance, lead stakeholder forums, navigate compliance and legal requirements, understand bank and market risks, and ensure products stay commercially relevant. You’ll keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activity, and innovations like AI, while presenting, influencing, and collaborating across teams. This role is all about being curious, proactive, and truly owning your product, shaping its strategy, impact, and success across the business.

This role is based in London.
Purpose of the role
To develop and manage the wholesale lending products and services, collaborating with, and ensuring service standards are complied with by, business partners across the bank, including investment bankers, credit analysts, risk managers, and operations professionals, to ensure that our products meet the needs of the bank's clients and are aligned with the bank's overall strategic objectives whilst ensuring all governance, control, regulatory and legal requirements are met.
Accountabilities
- Development and execution of product strategy for financial products and services offered within the wholesale division. .
- Identification of investments opportunities and customer needs to create new products or enhance existing ones. .
- Management of the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing management, including oversight of service levels. .
- Analysis of market data to make informed decisions regarding product positioning and pricing. .
- Assessment and management of risks associated with lending products and implement risk mitigation strategies, including the operation of and attendance to governance forums. .
- Oversight of regulatory and technological change.
