To be successful as a Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer , you should have experience with:
Strong Apex development experience including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce UI development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.
Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models and enterprise-grade solutions.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
Proficiency with Git, branch management strategies, and source-driven development.
Ability to lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards and best practices.
Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance across project teams.
Ability to estimate effort, identify technical risks, and drive delivery commitments.
Experience collaborating with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset with experience leading end-to-end feature delivery and release execution.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
Knowledge of Salesforce Enterprise Design Patterns (fflib) and framework-based development.
Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
Experience establishing development standards, governance processes, and coding guidelines.
Experience with Salesforce Shield, encryption, audit, and compliance controls.
Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams and coordinating cross-functional deliveries.

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
