Main Tasks:-
[Sales Development]
- Conduct existing business and develop new projects in existing & new customers to ensure both volume and margin growth.
- Develop sales plans; secure and expedite orders.
- Supervise and consolidate the sales forecast in accuracy.
[Strategic Tasks and Implementation]
- Identify key accounts and develop key account profiles.
- Implement the sales and marketing directions per aligned strategy.
[Product/Industry/Business Development]
- Scout for new business opportunities in the respective sales areas / key accounts and develop a business plan.
- Suggest product developments and requirements to Sales Manager and support its implementation.
- Drive innovation & sustainability in key accounts.
[Customer Management]
- Conduct field visits, seminars, presentation and attend to customers' inquiries.
- Provide prompt response related to quality, technical applications, inquiries, and other related issues; conduct customers’ assessments and analyses.
- Align with regional and function team to solve customers' issues.
- Work with supply chain, CSO and logistic function to establish a reliable and high efficiency services.
[Credit Management]
- Monitor the growth of the customers' business, review and coordinate with credit control to make appropriate credit recommendations.
- Follow-up on payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the customers.
[People management]
- Functional leadership to junior sales and providing daily coaching.
[Marketing]
- Analysis competitors and derive actions plan to defend our position.
- Provides China TPU market surveillance/market intelligence in specific area.
- Conduct studies/analysis on market trend, competitors, products' applications and technology, service needs.
[Key Shared Accountabilities]
- With Country Sales Leader: Aligns customer strategy and targets with country sales plan.
- With Marketing/Strategy: Support public relation and marketing communication campaign for related business.
- With R&D/TD: Request product developments needs and support its implementation.
- With Global Key account management: Alignment with GKA strategy and execution.
Main Requirements:-
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Polymer, Chemistry or equivalent, such as Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering;
- Around 8 years of working experience above, preferably with Thermoplastic material or Polyurethanes;
- Good Plastic injection or extrusion processing skill; thermoplastic elastomer processing experience is preferable;
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Good presentation skill
