Objectives of the Position

  • Drive Plastic Additives business of assigned accounts and distributor according to agreed target (KPI)
  • Establish key account plan for assigned accounts and execute as planned.
  • Manage and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and assignments including seminar/ workshop/ exhibition.

Main Tasks

Customer management & Strategy planning

-Prepare short and mid-term account plan and execute with proper project management.

-Understand customer’s organization and decision-making process and record/update in key account plan.

-Drive the discussion towards the desired target and goal.

-Identify customers’ needs and area of improvement through VoC (NPS) communication and provide proposal to manage customers’ expectation and build a long-term relationship including level contact.

-Develop proposal on sales & marketing approach including technical solutions by involving necessary stakeholders such as technical team and partner distributor.

-Manage customer inquiries and NCMs and provide the appropriate feedback along with the plastic additives business guideline, and by considering the business impact.

Market intelligence

-Collect, update and evaluate industry trends and share with the team to leverage for plastic additives business activity.

-Monitor competitor activity including products and market approach.

Distributor management

-Define the roles and responsibilities of assigned distributor and monitor / review the activity according to agreed target.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • Working Experience >3 years in sales workable, in chemical industry
  • Skillset ;Japanese and English reading, writing & verbal communication, basic Computer Excel, word ppt, etc.
  • Educational background: Science, chemical background is preferred.
