JOIN THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Agile Facilitator with an emphasis on experience with the Salesforce Platform to lead our Agile development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories and product backlog items
  • Manage and track project progress, risks, and issues using Agile project management tools and techniques
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress and success
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within the team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master, with a strong focus on Scrum methodologies.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred
  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and the Salesforce Platform.
