Objectives of the Position
- Control and review process of all production activities
- Develop and optimize production process based on EHS/Quality/Efficiency standard
- Coordinate with other department considering maintenance/quality issues
- Follow the guidance of production manager
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor whole process, schedule, priorities of production in responsible area and respond to various alarms
- Interface with maintenance/repairing engineering personnel to expedite correction of non-conformances to prevent and minimize interruption of engineering malfunctioning. Timely resolve regular and minor problems onsite
- Carry out quality control by checking production procedures and use of equipment and materials to ensure the quality of the products
- Keep records of production data, orders of production, requirements of quality control, Batch Production records etc. and file in the department as reference for future review
- Implement relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures, including enforcing the observation of all company’s operations, safety, ecology and housekeeping guidelines to maintain a working environment that supports work safety and production activities
Requirements
- Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree or above qualifications, majored in Chemical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Chemical plant; process engineering or management experience is good to have
- Basic English read/write capability
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Word, Excel, & etc.)
