A strong Site Logistics Operations (SLO) is important for the success of BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site. Site logistics connects the production facilities among each other, secures the raw material supply and acts as gateway to our customers. Time, costs and reliability of supply require logistics processes to be organized in a future-oriented way, which includes smart logistics technologies such as automatic warehouses, auto-guided vehicles (AGV), conveyor systems, robots, YARD management systems, and electronic warehousing management systems (eWM) etc.
高效的现场物流运营（SLO）是巴斯夫湛江一体化基地取得成功的重要因素。现场物流是将生产装置相互连接起来，确保原材料的供应，并作为连接客户的通道。供应的时间、成本和可靠性均要求现场物流流程以面向未来的方式组织，这包括了自动化仓库、自动驾驶车辆、自动传输系统、机器人、堆场管理系统、电子仓储系统等智能化现场物流技术。
On-site Transportation Planning Management, as an important administrative operational task, make closely connection between order management and on-site logistics operations so as to guarantee the smooth execution of internal and external customer orders. The OST planner is responsible for planning and controlling the on-site transportation activities and decoupling transportation business, receiving/processing/distributing related ordering/requests to ensure the efficient execution of OST work tasks such as on-site material movement of finished products, raw materials, waste, and decoupling short-haul transportation between BIG and Baoman port, etc.
计划管理作为一项重要的行政性操作任务，紧密衔接现场物流操作，是内外部客户订单顺利执行的重要保障。场内运输计划员负责对场内运输任务及甩挂运输业务的规划和控制，通过接收、处理及传达运输订单需求，确保成品出库、原材料入库、危废转移、甩挂运输等工作任务的高效执行。
• OST planning management: perform OST transport task creation and resource assignment to ensure goods delivery on time and rightness according to the stock transfer order or other material transfer order; Check the packaging type and hazardous property of loading materials, ensure the conformance of vehicle selection and safety of loading distribution. Modify the transport task execution scheduling to meet the business needs from production plants; OST transport tasks include but not limited to: transfer of finished goods, supply of raw material, auxiliary and empty container, waste and sample collection, decoupling short-haul to Baoman port, etc.
场内运输计划管理：根据库存转移单或者其他物料转运需求，在场地管理系统中完成运输任务的创建及资源指派，确保交货的及时性和准确性。检查装载货物的包装类型及危险性质，确保运输车辆的匹配性及配载安全性。根据业务的紧急性调整运输计划以满足生产需要。运输任务包括但不限于：
• 成品转移
• 原料\助剂供应
• 装载容器供应（空罐箱）
• 危废\样品收集
• 甩挂运输（往返湛江宝满港）
• LSP management: support the technical evaluation of LSP nomination. Assign routine decoupling transportation tasks to LSP fleet and track the execution; Regularly make summary for LSP’s key performance KPI, evaluate the service quality and give feedback. Create NCM for nonconformance incidence, monitor and check the investigation results.
物流服务供应商管理：参与支持物流服务商的评估选定工作。向指定承运商车队派发甩挂运输任务，跟踪任务执行状况。定期统计承运商关键绩效指标，评估承运商服务质量并做出反馈。对不符合事件创建NCM,跟踪调查的结果并验证纠正措施的有效性
• Production supply management: Need to keep good and effective communication with production to ensure the daily normal and timely supply of raw materials/auxiliaries/handling unit
生产供料管理：需保持和生产装置良好有效的沟通，根据生产需要，保证原料/助剂/装载容器的及时供应
• Create and maintain on-site transportation manual task systematically or offline for special case, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of system accounts
应对特殊情况，在场地管理系统中创建运输任务手工单系统或者线下管理，并确保账实相符的准确性和及时性。
• Regular analysis and evaluation of OST KPIs: transport volume, process time per transport, vehicle utilization, driver productivity, advise planning and control of overall resource.
定期分析和评估场内运输关键运营指标：运输量、单趟次运输过程时间、车辆利用率，司机生产率等，对资源规划和控制提出意见。
• Maintain master data of new materials in relevant systems according to new material data input
对新物料导入输入条件，更新维护新物料主数据。
• Document management: classify and manage the documents generated by on-site transportation services and Baoman decoupling flow, including electronic and hardcopy.
文档管理：对场内运输及宝满甩挂运输业务产生的文档进行分类管理，包括电子版和纸质版。
• Support the resolution of digital management system abnormalities, report system problems, and seek the assistance of BEX for the problems that cannot be handled independently. Keep the system in good working.
支持数字化管理系统异常的解决，并上报系统问题，对不能独立处理的问题，寻求BEX的协助处理。保证系统正常运转。
• Generate, proofread, and analyze KPI data and monthly container terminal operation data reports. Warn of foreseeable forecast deviations and suggest proactive corrective actions.
生成并校对、分析统计KPI数据及每月堆场运行数据报表。对可预见的预测偏差发出警告，并提出积极的纠正措施建议。
• Keep good communication with upstream and downstream, according to the business situation, feedback and suggest optimizing the order operation process to meet the needs of customers and business.
和上下游保持良好的沟通，根据业务情况，反馈并建议优化订单操作流程，以满足客户和业务的需求。
• Complete and perform all kinds of training required for this position.
完成本岗位需要的各类培训。
• Ensure all the related service, process and documentation following BASF, government & country-specific legal laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain and logistics management, international trade, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, etc.
本科及以上学历，供应链及物流管理、国际贸易、应用化学、化学工程等相关专业。
• Minimum 2 years experiences as supply chain and logistics planner or production planner. Work experiences in chemical industry or chemical logistics is preferred.
具备2年及以上的供应链物流计划、生产计划或者仓储管理的操作经验。有化工生产及化工物流从业经验者，优先考虑。
• Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS,timeliness, quality and safety in a process-orientated and digitalized environment
