About the Role
You will manage global Supply Chain projects, implement new technologies, align business goals with performance metrics, and ensure effective communication across the organization
How You Will Do It
- Lead, drive, and coordinate global Supply Chain projects, ensuring appropriate change management and implementation
- Understand, assess and drive the future adoption of our Supply Chain processes, such as new technologies; evaluate the gaps compared to the current state
- Connect business and supply chain functions, and derive and align measures and KPIs to achieve the desired performance
- Communicate and exchange information at all levels of the supply chain organization, as well as with business management on predefined topics
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and logistics, or a related discipline
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or business functions
- Project management and project leadership knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, with ideally a deeper knowledge of 1 to 2 specific processes
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating Process and Financial Key Performance Indicators, along with proficiency in appropriate data analytics tools
- Basic understanding of SAP
- People-oriented mindset
- Organizational awareness and effective communication at all levels of the organization
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in a second language such as German, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Korean, or Japanese is preferred
