Objectives of the Position
- Conceptualizing and managing service delivery optimization initiatives within Finance & Supply Chain Services Asia Pacific, by working closely with various stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Development and Implementation

- Lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
Coordination and Support:

- Provide coordination and support to Vice President in the strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
Stakeholder Management:
-
- Support optimization of service relationships and service delivery satisfaction levels of regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure their engagement and support.
- Effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement

- Drives region-specific process excellence improvement within guardrails set by global process
Requirements
Education
-
- University degree, preferably in business administration, economic, finance, social science or related subjects.
- Require a professional certification in project management i.e. PMP Certification or similar.
Working Experience
-
- Minimum 6-7 years of project management experience with 3-4 years supervisory (project lead) experience, in an accounting or consulting firm.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, leading teams to success.
- Profound knowledge of SAP and its processes as well as experience in implementation is of advantage.
Technical & Professional Knowledge

- Demonstrate strong customer focus.
- Strong skills in people management and development, effective communications and presentation, conflict management and strategic thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of project management processes and methods.
- Functional knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain.
- Some knowledge ERP systems implementation methodology and other process that are relevant for project implementation are of advantage.
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in any other Asian language is of advantage.
