WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Project Manager in our Supply Chain Performance Measurement unit, you support projects in BASF Inhouse Consulting as well as in business sectors by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of supply chain KPI concepts and calculations as well as by providing project-specific data.
- You act independently as an application owner of a specific reporting area with full responsibility for the definition and continuous enhancement of global supply chain key performance indicators and reporting content.
- Furthermore, you collaborate independently and together with the global BASF inhouse consulting team on complex projects and provide impactful solutions to BASF's units based on your specific know-how in supply chain key performance indicator concepts, calculations and/or requested data as well as with your skills in state-of-the-art reporting tools.
- This includes that you identify potential for improvement and advise the management team in an emphatic and reliable expedient manner.
- Throughout all project phases you communicate openly and clearly with all parties involved.
- You actively share knowledge, best practices and expertise with co-workers and colleagues and disseminate learnings, knowledge and methodologies from projects.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field
- several years of professional experience in the supply chain area
- professional experience as an analyst with advanced expertise in data extraction, manipulation and visualization
- precise working style in data collection and analysis and excellent knowledge of SAP-based systems and MS Office
- strong customer orientation and proficient communication skills in English and German
- ability to maintain an overview in complex topics, open-minded and inclusive attitude, reliable team player
