WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Mobility Process and Quality Analyst to join our team in the EMEA region. This role will focus on process development, performance monitoring, compliance management and project coordination within our Regional Mobility Center.
- Process Development: You lead process development with a focus on audit-proof documentation and simplification of mobility processes.
- Performance Steering: You strengthen internal performance steering by developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of external vendors through contractual KPIs.
- Financial Reporting Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards.
- Compliance Monitoring: You oversee compliance-relevant topics including Social Security and tax regulations and act as regional liaison to the Global Expert for Quality and Compliance.
- Quality and Volume Monitoring: You are responsible for collecting and monitoring data on quality, volume and cost developments in order to make process improvements and cost control proposals for the business.
- Project Coordination: You support project-related coordination activities such as NGBA, carve-outs and provider changes to reduce the workload within the service teams.
- Cross-Regional Support: Your area of responsibility is to provide targeted support for the above topics as well as cross-regional initiatives.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- proven experience in process development, compliance monitoring, or performance management
- Senior Specialist 3 years of experience
- Executive Specialist 5+ years of experience
- strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and interpret KPIs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- experience in auditing for the executive specialist position
- ability to autonomously derive business opportunities from data insight for the executive specialist position
- knowledge of mobility services is a plus
- proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 46.000 - 50.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 55.000 - 59.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
- In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
- Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
- Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
- Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
