2. 在企业微信上接待询盘并记录客户的公司名字、联系方式、所需产品、用量和应用领域到表格；收集公众号留言信息并记录到表格
Receive inquiries in WeCOM and record the customer's company name, contact information, required products, usage, and application in the table; Collect official account message information and record it in the form.
3. Support in managing BASF online platform via WeCOM, including training AI chatbot, data organization and manual customer service.

1. Internship duration would be longer the better at around 3 months to 6 months , 3 days a week.
2. Preferred skill set is MS office.
