In Montevideo, we are a Hub made up of more than 1,000 employees who provide services for all BASF companies in the Americas. We offer professional solutions in finance, purchasing, reporting, logistics, technology, human resources, projects, communication, legal matters, environment, safety, health, and quality.
Area:
At the Uruguay HUB, we have the Human Resources Services (HRS) area, where we support the employee journey of more than 23,000 BASF employees, from onboarding to offboarding. In March 2021, we started building the Human Resources team for the Americas, which today has more than 200 people impacting BASF's entire value chain. Among other responsibilities, this team is in charge of talent attraction and recruitment, developing the Employer Brand, working on people development, designing compensation and benefits packages, and managing administrative processes related to Human Resources.
