WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are looking for a candidate to join our Financial Reporting team as a Team Specialist as soon as possible.
- You will be responsible for the subject-specific leadership of a team, will ensure operational provision of services, taking into account optimum utilization of resources, and will develop the services from a qualitative and quantitative standpoint.
- As a capable accounting expert, you will lead and advise the team on all questions relating to services and processes and act as the internal point of contact for all specific questions from the specific units.
- You will develope accounting-related topics and finance processes independently and will take appropriate measures to ensure that the knowledge necessary for the provision of services is available to the team in current form at all times.
- You will support the disciplinary managers in the long-term planning of resources and participate in employee management, evaluation and development.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting or an equivalent degree
- several years of experience in finance and accounting and ideally first professional management experience
- profound knowledge of IFRS and understanding of the interrelationships in the consolidation processes of a consolidated financial statement
- proficient user of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
- fluent language skills in German and English
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 55.000 - 59.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
