Main Objective:
Support the team in improving their agile working methods and in their evolution to consolidate as a team. Additionally, provide support to the Finance & Procurement product family as an Agility Master, which will involve helping where it is most needed and collaborating closely with other teams in the area.

Main Tasks:

  • Collaborate with various Product Managers, particularly your functional leader.
  • Support different teams in adopting agile methodologies, fostering self-organization, and developing the appropriate mindset.
  • Assist your functional leader in expanding and enhancing the Digital Hub in Montevideo.
  • Coach individuals, motivate teams, and encourage collaboration.
  • Promote agility within projects (e.g. NGBA).
  • Help the organization improve its agile practices within projects.
  • Analyze and propose actions to remove obstacles for the team
  • Drive optimizations for your team and our product families within the project.
  • Act as a problem solver and address issues directly.
  • Coordinate workshops and facilitate agile rituals.
  • Contribute to creating a winning culture and advancing change.
  • Actively participate in the Agility Master Community and collaborate closely to advance our Product Families.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree on Business Administration or similar.
• Working Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Agility Master, Project- or Change Manager.

• Language skills: Advanced/fluent written and spoken language skills in English. All meeting / workshop / documentation are in English.

• Technical skills:

  • Skills in agile working methods
  • Skilled in using MS Office and collaboration tools.

• Soft skills:

  • Good skills and knowledge in leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of facilitating discussions that involve decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Have a broad perspective of the area and the organization as a whole.
  • Be proactive, open-minded and self-organized. Good level of communication.
  • Ability to provide feedback on the topics under their responsibility.
