As an SAP HR Technical Analyst - Payroll, you will be responsible for working with the BASF NA HR Business partners and the Montevideo Hub to ensure HR system requests and projects are addressed and completed, focusing on the full life cycle of the Payroll projects and change requests.

As a SAP HR Technical Analyst - Payroll, you create chemistry by...

• Serving as subject matter expert in the area of SAP NA Payroll and providing high-quality end-user support to SAP users.
• Providing functional guidance to Business Partners during requirements gathering, testing cycles and approval process.
• Understanding complex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business needs. In line with this you will analyze business processes and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize SAP solution.
• Performing solution design and deliver solution documentation based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process.
• Managing our 3rd party vendor prioritizing projects and change requests in delivering on time and withing budget solution, and ensuring 3rd party is working with our HR business partners in development, testing and implementation solutions
• Managing both enhancements and troubleshooting for integrations within SAP HCM and 3rd party vendor.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience with SAP HR Payroll systems
• Have SAP HR technical certification, it will be preferred
