We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Palmyra, MO.

As our Logistics Coordinator you will support our Palmyra site in our manufacturing processes in the Agricultural field. You will work closely with Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure that raw materials are ordered and received and finished goods shipped in a timely manner. You will maintain appropriate stocking levels of raw material and packaging to ensure production requirements are met.

As a Logistics Coordinator, You Create Chemistry By...

  • Using SAP to post Goods Receipt and Goods Issue to maintain accurate inventory as close to real time as possible

  • Maintaining all Logistics logs: rail yard, on-site trailer check, shuttle, demurrage to support the accuracy and availability of on-site mobile inventory.

  • Maintaining knowledge on regulatory compliance; RCRA, FIFRA, DOT, IATA, IMDDG, and other Domestic and International regulations.

  • Maintaining supply of DOT labels/placards to support site requirements

  • Developing, updating, and maintaining documents such as log sheets, operating procedures, checklists, and schedules.

  • Maintaining files, records, and reports in the key areas of Production; Safety and Environmental, Accounting, Quality, and Personnel and Training

  • Helping conduct inventory counts monthly and track raw materials and supplies.

  • Verifying invoices for direct billing and clear WorkCycles and reconcile inventory discrepancies

  • Working with Procurement on any vendor issues

If you...

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent/GED with 2+ years of logistics and/or procurement experience OR Bachelor’s degree with no logistics and/or procurement experience.

  • Have experience coordinating and managing multiple, competing priorities

  • Are self-motivated with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly

  • Have proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to quickly learn software

  • Have the ability to learn SAP (required); SAP proficiency is highly preferred and experience with other ERP/POS systems is a plus

  • Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and high attention to detail
