Objectives of the Position
-
- Provide day-to-day recruitment and onboarding support to service recipients.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Operational Excellence
- Support the hiring and administration of permanent, leasing and fixed term contractors including interview scheduling, candidates document collection, offer letter preparation.
- Manage internship and fresh graduate hiring.
- Manage recruiting and onboarding enquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
- 1 year of recruitment related working experiences.
- Demonstrates a good level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location
- Understanding of HR principals and/or Employee Laws of the supported country/location.
- Strong people skills and influential abilities.
- Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft application i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point.
