Objectives of the Position

    • Provide day-to-day recruitment and onboarding support to service recipients.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Operational Excellence

  • Support the hiring and administration of permanent, leasing and fixed term contractors including interview scheduling, candidates document collection, offer letter preparation.
  • Manage internship and fresh graduate hiring.
  • Manage recruiting and onboarding enquiries.

​​​​ Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
  • 1 year of recruitment related working experiences.
  • Demonstrates a good level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location
  • Understanding of HR principals and/or Employee Laws of the supported country/location.
  • Strong people skills and influential abilities.
  • Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft application i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point.
