Main responsibilities

STD parameter & Process setup

• Technical package evaluation.
• Create and control STD spray parameters for application spray machine.
• Create and control spray parameters workability test.
• Spray parameters/process simulation (Create new and adjustment).

Process Quality/Capacity control

• Create and Maintain application process reliability.
• Result monitoring from daily spray (First ok rate).
• Regular check application daily record/Process capacity control.
• Spray process optimization.
• Application document control to support IATF16949 system.
• Maintain results of Lab & Line correlation.

Interface & alignment

• Generate and Feedback APPL technical risk assessment.
• Line troubleshooting to support customer issue.
• Alignment with concern party related with APPL plan/results.
• Coordinate with Global Technical Expertise Application (TEA) to exchange knowledge/methodology related with application process and parameters.

Responsible Care and EHS

• Maintain Safe working environment and operate safety for support work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations, Company EHS guideline, ISO 45001, RC Requirements and Quality and Energy management system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s major in Industrial / Process / Product Engineer or Chemical Engineering.
• Application equipment / Process development experience 3-5 years.
• Excellent process development / Technical problem-solving / Process optimization.
• Good communication and presentation skill in English.
