Reporting to the Technology Team Manager, this position will support and implement strategic initiatives to provide process improvements for the White Stone, SC site. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your excellent communication and problem-solving skills as the role influences and interacts with a broad range of personnel groups including operators, global technology, regional project organizations, and business leadership.

- Driving for technical expertise in yourself and others, and pursuing sustainable solutions by supporting a safe and efficient operation.
- Driving innovation by developing creative solutions and serving as a Manufacturing Representative to plan, scope, and implement capital projects within the constraints of an operating plant.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting skills to the Operations team and monitoring long-term KPIs and analyzing trends to optimize production.
- Developing and implementing process improvement plans that will enhance safety, quality, plant reliability, cost, and efficiency.
- Supporting Process Hazards Analysis (PHAs) for all areas of the plant.
- Managing multiple projects and complete Management of Change for capital projects and process optimization, collaborating with cross-functional and high-performance teams, and creating an inclusive environment by valuing people above all else
If you...
- Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and strong technical skills and familiarity with chemical processing equipment
- Have experience in process hazard analysis, management of change, root cause analysis, and incident investigations
