QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As the world’s leading chemical company, BASF Türk Kimya’s AP Marketing Team, located at Izmir, is seeking a long-term intern who will start in June 2025 and continue their studies until at least June 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program, with student status continuing until at least the end of 2027

• Preferably studying in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Graphic Design, Communication, or other related departments

• Available to intern at least 3 full days per week on a regular basis

• Interested in developing skills in content creation, presentation design, digitalization, online marketing, and communication

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Residing in İzmir

• Open to learning, innovative, and possesses strong communication skills

Job Description

• Supporting Online Communication Implementation
• Following up on Showpad (Online Sales Enablement System for sales team)
• Seeding the related content with MarCom responsible for the online sales enablement platform and informing the related parties if needed
• Following up website revisions, revising the related content when needed through BASF licensed CMS (or sharing and following up the status with the outsource company)
• Conduct web statistics reporting
• Following up on the results of social media marketing campaigns results and coming up with ideas to optimize continuously.
• Following up on the results of contents (reach numbers) and also the related reports from the agencies
• Monitoring the feedback from social media channels and websites and sharing the inquiries with the related departments. Ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
• Sending out the related SMS through the system & sharing the related reports. Following up the reports and delivering to the related departments.
• Initiating and tracking procurement processes using SAP
• Invoice tracking
