WHAT YOU WILL DO

Agricultural Solutions Spain/Portugal is currently in the initial stage of the migration to SAP 4/HANA as part of the Differentiated Steering Project, creating an opportunity to temporarily hire a dedicated individual to reinforce our Supply Chain & Customer Care team. Your main responsibilities will include the following activities:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders by verifying that invoices and credit notes are issued correctly in accordance with tax regulations.
  • Handling customer product returns, addressing non-conformities, and interacting with logistics providers, which is crucial as the role involves direct contact with local suppliers.
  • Providing the sales team with relevant information regarding order processing and delivery status while maintaining up-to-date the customer master data.
  • Supervising stock levels in the system to ensure they are accurate and aligned with BASF SE and Agro BV figures, monitoring aging stock analysis, and participating in physical inventory.
  • Ensuring the correct application of commercial policy by utilizing IT tools and established processes within the customer service team, which includes updating the Web Order Entry and SAP sales master data for customers, articles, offers, commercial plans, campaigns, and price lists.
  • Supporting the Iberia Supply Chain Manager in coordinating activities related to refilling, repackaging, and relabeling as determined at the country level.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • University Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Fluent in Spanish and English both spoken and written. Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and international network
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Management
  • Advance/Expert knowledge of SAP COBALT modules for Sales Order Management, Excel, Sales Force and MS Office programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
