Objectives of the Position:

  1. Responsible for ensuring export management are as per stipulated guidelines, procedures and requirements
  2. Support process improvement, knowledge and risk management as per overseas delivery services

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

· Processing & monitoring of customer orders for exports from different business units in compliance with legal, country or customer regulations

· Fulfilment of customer-specific service agreements and order-related requirements

· Maintenance and control of customer- and order-related master data

· Responsibility for orders in line with the door-to-door accountability concept and monitoring of delivery reliability

· Coordination of order-relevant activities of all units and bodies involved in exports, such as transport management, locations and loading points as well as customs clearance

· In order to coordinate the activities relevant to imports, close cooperation with the responsible import managers in the receiving region

· Creation, procurement and control of order-related documents in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the respective export and import side

Job Requirements:

Education:

Diploma / Degree of any discipline

Working Experience:

1-2 years in order management, supply chain and logistics Or fresh graduates with some intern experience in import export management and international trade

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

· Knowledge of import export and logistics processes as well as transport management

· Experience in the use of MS Office and SAP R/3

· Structured, independent and process-oriented working width

· High degree of customer orientation

· High proficiency in spoken and written English
