BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
Main Tasks:
- 明确管道设计范围 Clarify the piping design scope
- 明确新项目投资及在役工厂改造的管道工作范围。
- Clarify the piping work scope for new project investment and revamping of existing plants.
- 设计过程支持及监督管理 Design Process Support and Supervision
- 数字化工程流程协调 Coordinate digital engineering processes
- 实施数字化设计流程，有效协调管道及其他相关专业。
- Implement digital engineering processes and effectively coordinate with other related disciplines.
- 管道等级表与材料管理 Pipe service index and material management
- 协调管道等级表的编制和更新，支持湛江一体化基地投资及改造项目的材料管理工作。
- Coordinate the preparation and updating of the pipe service index and support material management activities for the investment and modification projects of Zhanjiang Integrated Base.
- 质量、进度管理 Quality, and schedule management
- 在项目执行过程中监督/管理管道专业相关的质量、及进度等。
- Supervise/manage quality, and schedule related to the piping discipline during project execution.
- 采购工作 Procurement Work
- 管道系统材料采购 Piping system material procurement
- 支持管道材料采购相关事宜。
- Support for piping material procurement related matters.
- 供应商图纸审核 Vendor drawing review
- 审阅安全器件和特殊件的供应商图纸。
- Review vendor drawings for safety devices and special piping items.
- 数字化 Digitalization
- 数字化设计与施工流程更新 Update digital design and construction processes
- 支持并更新数字化设计和施工流程。
- Support and update digital design and construction processes.
- 激光扫描过程和活动协调 Coordinate laser scanning processes and activities
- 与运营部门和其他利益相关方合作，协调激光扫描过程和活动。
- Collaborate with operations departments and other stakeholders to coordinate laser scanning processes and activities.
- 持续改进 Continuous Improvement

Requirements:
- 本科学历 Bachelor's Degree
- 工艺/机械/化工专业本科毕业。
- Major study in Process/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- 应届毕业生或在管道专业工作三年以内。
- Fresh graduate or less than 3 years working experience in the piping discipline.
