In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for the HR governance in the BASF group. By developing focused HR policies, we execute our corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, we support them in personnel matters and are responsible for strategic succession planning.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Do you want to actively shape the HR community at BASF? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for a committed intern in the area of Community Management within the Human Capability Future team.
- Are you a creative communicator? Then help shape our Viva Engage channel – with your own posts, series content, and ideas for interaction.
- Do you enjoy organizing events? Support the planning and follow-up of the People & Culture Days – including presentations and video editing.
- Do you like keeping an overview? Then assist in creating meeting minutes and preparing content for the HR community.
- Do you love to dive into numbers and structure? Help us with data preparation for global Talent Management Reviews.
- Do you enjoy variety in your work? Then contribute to a variety of team tasks such as creating presentations and supporting projects.
- Would you like to make an impact with small impulses? Then create humorous or inspiring content like an 'HR Meme of the Week' or short behind-the-scenes glimpses. We offer you the freedom to express your creativity.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- advanced degree in psychology, social sciences, economics, humanities, or communication studies or a comparable study program
- a mandatory internship as part of your degree program
- interest in current HR topics and community work
- experience with social media (e.g., video editing, content creation)
- excellent German and English skills
- creativity, initiative, and organizational talent
