Position Summary:

Be responsible for ACEP photo, etch and clean product launch and development that is dedicated to the formula, demonstrating, manufacturing and delivery of R&D samples to the existing and potential customers.

• Design and execute demo. or experiment according to the technical requests
• Work with “Center of Excellence (CoE)” and “Application & Development team” engineer for new material/product wafer demonstration and development.
• Share the development status and technology with global CoE team (LU, TW, US).
• Responsible for process recipe setup, optimization and trouble shooting.
• Communication with customers and “Technical Sales” to lead and achieve project targets.
• Preparation of data reports and backup database in order to communicate with customers efficiently.
• Creating opportunities through IP registration and IP search for developed chemicals.
• Co-work with technical engineers to find suitable chemical solutions which meet customer requirements.
• Co-work with T&S team to manage mass production, sample analysis and tool operation for development
• Local application expert and contact point for global team leaders
• Analyze existing IPs and derive new strategies for securing IPs
• Compliance of EHS regulation based on BASF guideline as EHS committee for Ansan EDM R&D center

Education/Qualifications Required:

• Preferred M.S in chemistry, chemical engineering or material engineering with 3+ years’ work experience in related field
• Fluent in English including comprehensive listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Fundamental understanding of cleaning or wet etching technology.

• Experience/know-how with cleaning products or photo ancillaries
• Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format
