Main Tasks:
1. Implementation of the sales strategies for sustainable sales development
• Take the responsibility to continuously improve the sales results of the product portfolio according to the measures described by strategies via product promotion/introduction, further grow market share in the region with decent profitability, proposals of marketing plans, analysis of and proposal of sales distribution channels, pricing proposals, analysis of market.
• Steer, coach and direct regional sales team, and to closely collaborate with SAM, MSO II and VfM teams to implement strategic measures to ensure overall target achievement.
• Develop and measure KPIs to enhance hunting behavior and efficiency of sales teams.
2. Sales development
• Optimize sales channels: Dealer optimization, New cooperation mode/New business model, Diversified cooperation
Implement smart commercial policy: MI / Service fee /Commission/ Rebate. Use more value selling tools and methods to optimize cost-to-serve with added value to customer.
• Expand non-painting business: development and promotion of RODIM PPF and PRP products
• Develop strategy and roadmaps with SAM & ABS team. Approach targeted OEM and MSO for new business development together with SAM team.
3. Reporting
• Provide monthly business forecast data and monthly business review data.
• Provide professional information on market development, market share and market trends.
• Define customer needs and product application to enhance achievements of sales targets
• Keep collecting, updating and analyzing targeted potential body shop/customer intelligence & data, making efficient retention and hunting plan on basis of these.
• Push low VOC system and full layer WB system to all customers, particularly focus on customer needs for new body shops acquisition.
• Customer management
• Interpret and manage the needs and expectations of dealer through effective planning, management, and communication.
• Handling customers' complaints and help dealers to relocate products during product shortage.
• Product promotion and manage marketing events
• Teamwork with product management team to incorporate promotions after product is complete
• Engaged in organizing Product Launches and Sales Promotion.
• Provide all the support and equipment for the successful accomplishment of Paint Contest Activities.
4. Credit management
• Monitor AR from time to time. Recovery of accounts receivable to ensure the stability of cash flow.
5. Market Intelligence
• In team work with Market Intelligence team: Analyze information specifically for the purpose of accurate decision-making in determining strategy in areas such as market opportunity, market penetration strategy, and market development, generates suggestions for improving work and develops innovative approaches and ideas.
6. People management.
• Develop subregional team leaders and team members
• Implement Salesforce to improve the daily work management of sales team
• Lead and coach teams and leaders in change processes
• Performance management of the respective Sales team
• University degree in polymer, chemistry, related science, and/or business administration.
• 15+ years in coatings (preferred in refinish) experience, minimum 10 years as manager, preferrable to have auto aftermarket industry experience
• Must have experience in distribution business
• Strong leadership skills, result-driven
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ability to influence cross functional teams, high impact and self-confidence
• High ability to convince and inspire people
