Main Objective:
The main objective of the Agile Facilitator position is to ensure the Agile framework and methodologies are properly understood and implemented by the different teams, while supporting their needs, fostering a collaborative environment, and aligning their work with organizational goals.
Main Tasks:
- Ensure that the Agile framework and Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban mainly) are understood and implemented correctly by the Team, including organizing and facilitating the necessary Agile ceremonies.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles or impediments hindering the progress of the teams, embracing a servant leadership approach by supporting the team's needs and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the team and stakeholders in understanding and adopting Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team, and help the team understand and use relevant metrics to track progress and maintain transparency.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate open communication within the team, encouraging constructive discussions to resolve issues, and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between the team's work and the organization's goals and priorities, identifying and addressing risks and dependencies that may affect the team's ability to deliver value.
- Foster a sense of ownership and empowerment within the team, encouraging them to make decisions and take responsibility for their work.
Requirements:
• Education: University degree, e.g Bachelor degree Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related fields.
• Working Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working within digital teams and jobs
- 3-5 years of experience in internal and external Stakeholder Management
• Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Technical skills:
- Advanced skills in Problem Statement and root cause analysis
- Advanced skills in Resource allocation and management
- Advanced skills in Agile Backlog management
- Advanced skills and knowledge in Agile Methodologies
- Advanced skills in facilitation and moderation
- Advanced skills in coaching and consulting methods
- Intermediate level skills on process management and improvement
• Soft skills:
- Strong Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Advanced skills in Building relationships and trust to Stakeholders
- Strong Communications and collaboration skills
- Intermediate skills in Negotiation
