WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You have a passion for supply chain operations? As a manager for Domestic Delivery Services, you oversee operational and disciplinary management, contribute to the strategic direction of supply chain services and enhance international logistics through innovation and digital solutions.

• You lead and manage the operational service delivery team responsible for international transport and warehouse services across the EMEA region.
• Also, you define and communicate technical standards to internal teams and external logistics partners, ensuring consistent service quality.
• As part of your role, you plan team resources, recruit talent and foster team growth while managing the operational budget effectively.
• You drive digitalization and automation initiatives to optimize our service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
• Finally, you build strong collaborations with various business units and service providers, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
• several years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management
• skilled in process implementation, change management, virtual leadership and team management
• proactive and strategic problem-solver with strong customer service focus
• strong communication and presentation skills in German and English

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 65.000 – 69.000€, depending on qualification and work experience
• In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
