WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Develop, implement, and support marketing communications and brand campaigns in the Nordic region. Including; Brand & Product- Annual Demand Creation Planning, Media Planning & Management, Creative and content development, Event planning.
- This role will also take specific responsibility for campaign management for Denmark.
- Create and own individual country media plans for effective execution.
- Support annual media package planning with external media partners and procurement.
- Lead campaign analytics to ensure continuous learning and media spend efficiency.
- Track and report marketing analytics including; SEO, web traffic, and social media.
- Partnering up with external agencies and partners to create content. The role also calls for in-house content development & adaption support esp. Video editing and SoMe post development.
- Support on BASF's YouTube series "Follow A Farmer," including annual planning, coordination, effective production management, and on-location direction.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Agronomy background and/or experience (either formally through studies or informally through family).
- Marketing Communications education and evidence of past internship experience in marketing department.
- Strong capability in digital media and web platform usage e.g. FB Ad Manager, YouTube Studio, First Spirit (or similar web editing platform), Google Ads.
- Strong capability for marketing content development e.g. Advertising, Copywriting, Film, Articles, PR.
- We particularly need someone with a strong profile for video development and editing given the high volume of agronomic films and SoMe clips we make during the season.
- Balance of Creative yet Completer/Finisher profile.
- Fluency in Danish. Swedish and Finnish knowledge is considered a plus.
- Strong English language capability.
