Digital Hub Kuala Lumpur is one of our global key locations to deliver regional and global solutions for BASF.

LowCode/NoCode platforms provide the possibility to develop, deploy, and execute applications in the cloud without or only little traditional programming efforts. This role aims the development and support of applications based on LowCode/NoCode platforms throughout the whole application lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for the whole lifecycle (consult, plan, develop, and support) of business specific applications, based on Microsoft Power Platform offerings (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Sharepoint Lists, Copilot Studio and etc. You will also support and enable other employees to develop their own solutions through training and presentations. Agile way of working is expected.

You will be matched with a Senior engineer to mentor you throughout your internship.

Responsibilities:

• Build and support apps for BASF users using Microsoft Power Platform to help drive digital transformation.
• Understand user needs and turn them into clear tasks (user stories) for development.
• Design, build, and improve solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Design and improve solutions with guidance from DevOps and project teams.
• Document your work and hand it over to the responsible team.
• Provide support for deliverables after release to production.
• Help users in different regions use LowCode/NoCode tools to build their own apps.
• Coach users by sharing examples, supporting hackathons, and joining design thinking sessions.
• Share best practices and tips in community platforms like Viva Engage and Microsoft Teams.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or in a comparable field
• Able to commit 4-6 months full-time internship from October 2025
• Basic understanding in agile methodologies and able to organize work independently
• Open to all tech stacks, if you have a passion for coding and strong programming skills, welcome to apply
• Capability to effectively comprehend, evaluate and test application.
• A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, English communication skills.
• Able to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe.
