BASF Monomers is a leading supplier of isocyanates, inorganics, polyamides, and ammonia. Our products are used in many downstream applications including the production of foams, adhesives, textiles, automobiles, food production, paper, packaging, wire, cable, clothing, and so much more. Monomers go into the production of countless household and industrial goods and make a positive impact on people's lives every day. We have locations in Europe, North America, South America and Asia-Pacific. This position is located in the Digital Hub Madrid which is one of our global key locations to deliver digital solutions for BASF.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Promote digital culture and innovation by identifying opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
• Build and lead an internal expert community of AI users and enthusiasts. Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and best practice exchanges.
• Advocate for the use of Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools. Educate teams on practical applications and responsible usage.
• Empower non-technical users to build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
• Act as a digital change agent by supporting teams through digital transformation journeys, ensuring adoption and long-term impact.
• Collaborate with business units to identify use cases for automation, AI, and low-code solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs, tutorials, and internal campaigns to raise awareness and digital literacy.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• Experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and M365 Copilot.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to lead communities or cross-functional initiatives.

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and change management frameworks.
