Objectives of the Position
- As a Low Code Application Developer in Product Safety Asia Pacific, you will be instrumental in developing low-code solutions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the department.
- Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing business processes through digitalization and developing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- You will be responsible for the entire life-cycle (consult, plan, develop, and support) of business specific applications.

Main Tasks
Digitalisation with Microsoft Power Platform
- Improve operational processes by process optimization, automation and digitalization using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Conduct requirements analysis and documentation for new/change requests, develop and maintain digital solutions.
- Develop business applications using Microsoft PowerApps, and automate processes with Power Automate.
- Creating data visualizations and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI.
- Integrate various data sources, including SharePoint, Excel, SAP and SQL databases, into applications and workflows.
- Support and participate in global communities for digitalization initiatives in topics such as AI and process optimization.
Other responsibilities
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and departmental goals.
- Work closely with team to organize Community exchange or regulatory forums, coordinate, follow up and prepare for necessary presentation material and minutes of meeting.
- Ensure timely review, update and improve related work documentation to ensure sustainable knowledge retention and standardization within department.
- Continuous self-development through proactive learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific area, Business Administration, data science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience in digitalization and software development / low code development and automation
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience in integrating data sources and services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, SQL databases, Databricks, SAP and Excel
- Experience in Microsoft Azure SQL Database or Microsoft Dataverse
- Experience in developing web portals and/or web applications
- Familiarity with the development of bots, RPA applications, and web crawlers and experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide quick, effective solutions
- Experienced in agile ways of working or agile implementation approach
- Basic understanding of Regulatory in the chemical field
