Main Tasks:
Regional Focal Point:
- be the first contact for SAP / IT-related improvement ideas / new requirements from the business in the region in OTC, TM and Procurement. Get involved and consult in IT solution and process design. Support in feasibility studies and business case definition. Ensure compability to EC’s SAP / IT-standards and be part of the change management within the region for knowledge transfer, learning and testing.
- act as coordinator for ECO/ECR in ECA Asia to take up and coordinate EC’s global changes and projects with related activities for knowledge transfer and testing.
- act as support for SAP-system incidents in case of delay or escalation of issues. Communicate major incidents to the organization to ensure timely information of SAP users.
Collaboration:
- maintain / be part of the regional network of key users, regional business and country coordinators Asia. Drive communication, change, learning and testing across different functions and sites.
- be part of the global network led by EC/XD. Exchange with the Global Process Owners, share with and learn from other regions knowledge and experience
Support on ECA Digital Roadmap:
- Provide input and advice on the digitalization projects in ECA and the digital roadmap in line with Achieve 2030
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Systems
-Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience (with solid experience in SAP)
-Experience in project management is a plus
-Good knowledge of regional organization
-Expertise in SAP with knowledge in the end-to-end processes with more than one module
-Excellent organization and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
-Able to communicate in English fluently
-System/tool experience: SAP, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Teams
