Objectives of the Position

To support centralized talent acquisition operations across APAC by managing end-to-end TA data processes, ensuring governance compliance, operational accuracy, and enabling data-driven hiring decisions through reporting, system optimization, and stakeholder coordination.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and manage recruitment data across systems (e.g., SAP, SFSF, SharePoint).
• Generate weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and SLA reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis for SLA breaches and data discrepancies.
• Support audit-related data requests and documentation.

Offer & Onboarding Operations

• Prepare and process offer letters, contract drafting, and employment package documentation.
• Liaise with Payroll (PYPD), C&B, and local HR to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Ensure all documents are completed according to audit standards and HR governance.
• Track pre-onboarding compliance (e.g., 4-eye check, access timelines).

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure TA processes adhere to regional standards and local labour laws.
• Maintain compliance trackers (e.g., contract issuance, vendor TOBs).
• Identify gaps in SOPs or documentation and raise for alignment and updates.

Vendor & Invoice Management

• Manage vendor usage, job orders, and timesheet validation (for leasing/RPO).
• Support monthly invoice consolidation and FTE charging coordination with Finance.
• Ensure vendor engagements follow the standard Terms of Business and audit trail is maintained.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with TA Partners, HRBPs, Hiring Managers, and Vendors to close operational gaps.
• Act as first-level support for TA systems or process queries.
• Attend regular syncs and participate in process improvement projects.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Analytics, or related fields.

Working Experience

• 1–3 years in HR or operations; prior TA coordination/analyst experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SFSF, SNOW).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken and written Korean.
