- Provide all information regarding customer requirement to Lab before development of new product.
- Plan & ensure completion of all the validation tests and availability of results, prior to start of trials.
- Coordinate between Mangalore team as well as customer for successful launch of new products & colors, as per customer expectation.
- Coordinate with Lab, KAM and relevant departments for reducing complexity in product portfolio and any Product approval process
- Work closely with Lab & Regional teams for generation of ideas for cost optimization, validation and implementation.
- Support regular Technical service personnel on chronic line issues.
- Regular updates/ information on customer and competition
- Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.
- Follow safe work practices as per BASF or customer norms, whichever is stringent.
- Recommend & support color harmony improvement at customers end.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to customer in case of Non-conformity and any other line issues, in coordination with QA.
- Attend regular Monthly meeting with customers and support to close major and chronic issues.
- Coordinate between Lab & customer to resolve Field complaints, if any.
