In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR work in the BASF Group. By developing focused HR guidelines, we implement the corporate strategy on employee-related topics.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Join BASF’s Corporate Human Capability Future unit for 5–6 months starting in January 2026 and help shape our global talent strategy.
- You will primarily support BASF's global Skill Management project and thereby help to shape the future of Learning and Development in BASF.
- Besides that, you will support HR governance topics like employee development, leadership, feedback culture, employer branding, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and learn how these are steered in a global company.
- Your role includes preparing and communicating strategic HR concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- You will analyze trends and studies in the HR field to support organizational development and innovation.
- Enjoy working in a flexible, hybrid setup within a shared-desk environment that encourages collaboration and autonomy.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Advanced course of study in psychology, social sciences, business, humanities, or communication
- Mandatory internship required
- Interest in human resources, digitalization, data, and artificial intelligence
- Motivation to work in intercultural teams
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Strong English communication skills
- Preferably experience in project management, change management, talent development, communication, or marketing
