= Objectives =
• Expert in agro-chemicals guideline formulation development and stability testing in lab
• Rich marketing knowledge agro-chemicals industry market situation, trend, challenge and opportunity
• Familiar with BASF portfolio, competitive product analysis and find new applications within agro-chemistry
• Knowledgeable in agro-chemicals production, formulation development and application; rich knowledge on surfactant application; innovation on the proposal and solution for special problem form industry
• Skilled community with interior team and customers, identity customer demand and expectation and transfer into activity to meet it
= Main Tasks =
• Contribution agro-chemicals segment growth in Greater China and achieve short term and long term goals as well as respond to customer urgent problem
• Lab work: Maintain and management lab safely and effectively
• Test and analysis: Coordinate and support product service and QA/QC of production size on test and analysis of products, analysis the complaint from customers and find reason and solution
• Projects management: Guide and conduct the lab work plan daily, schedule the development according project timeline. Maintain compliance to responsible projects and market measure project timeline and milestone completion
• Cross team communication: Responsible for knowledge transfer with commercial team.
• Report: Writes comprehensive reports and evaluations on obtained from experimentation, orally present responsible projects
• Develop the application of agro-chemicals portfolio, prepare the guideline for commercial promotion
= Job Requirements =
• Master or Bachelor of Agro-chemicals, Chemistry, Crop Protection, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or any relevant subjects
• With rich knowledge in chemistry and agriculture industry
• 3 to 5years working experience in similar role
• Ability to conduct test in chemical lab, formulation development
• Good English communication, both verbal and written
