Main Task:
Development the Beyond Auto business growth in China:
Pipeline Led Beyond Auto & PPA Business Growth & Commercial Outcomes (50%)
- Own the business growth for the key applications of Beyond Auto business in China(focus on CE), with full accountability for volume, revenue, and project pipeline targets.
- Deliver PPA Volume & CM1 outcome targets of Beyond Auto segment in China, with full accountability for volume, revenue, and project pipeline targets.
- Lead and develop new business opportunities across the team, build a robust project pipeline aligned with strategic priorities.
- Drive the incubation charter to identify, validate, and scale opportunities in Humanoid Robots and eVTOL with Segment Marketing, Sales, and Technical Development.
- Support market analysis and business planning, including pricing and product positioning, to maximize competitive advantage and market share.
TOP Key Beyond-Auto Customer Engagement (40%)
- Identify and prioritize key applications and top customers of Beyond Auto market and especially focus on the Consumer Electronics (CE) sector (Huawei, Xiaomi, DJI, Oppo, and their value chain…) and execute engagement plans.
- Develop and execute strategic attack plans for top customers, especially in the Consumer Electronics sector, ensuring deep partnerships and co-creation of innovative solutions.
- Be accountable to win new projects and applications, working cross-functionally with sales and technical teams to deliver customer value and business results.
- Drive penetration and expansion of PPA market share at these TOP customers.
Inspire People & Live Sustainability and Embrace Digitalization(10%)
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and promote sustainable solutions to Beyond Auto customers.
- Drive digital transformation in business development processes, ensuring full adoption of Salesforce for pipeline management and leveraging digital marketing to enhance customer engagement.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or other equivalent field such as Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of sales or AD experience preferably with Engineering Plastics, especially PPA, PA6 and PA66 related products.
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering Plastics, technical know-how of Beyond Auto PPA applications.
- Experience in sales or application development for CE or related fields is highly desirable.
