JOB PURPOSE
The HR Specialist will work on the projects relating to HR Chat bot projects. This is a Fixed-Term for 6 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand HR benefit programs and upload the information in HR system.
- Work with regional HR team to test if it is uploaded in appropriate formats.
- User Acceptance Test to see if HR Chat bot is responding correctly to the questions given.
- Create a guide book for all employees and communicate in employee forum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of HR employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations
- Understanding of AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, Gemini) and high preference/interest of working with AI tools
- Proficiency in both Korean and English language (written and spoken)
