Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preventive maintenance programs and execution in plant shutdowns and you contribute to the development of the annual expense budgets for Operations with respect to utility and technical infrastructural equipment, including repair and maintenance.
- Recommending new product feasibilities concerning utilities, technical infrastructure and wastewater treatment installations is one of your main tasks.
- You maintain, implement, execute and continuously improve processes and work instructions for BMC and Sprinkler system.
- Additionally, you support the Manufacturing department and provide technical equipment guidance, coaching and training to Manufacturing personnel and contractors.
- You manage technical integrity of the Utility, BMC, WWTP installations and equipment and you ensure that new installations are executed according to BASF standards, like ISO 50001 etc.
What we expect
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or General Operational Technology (AOT), Facility Management or a related field.
- You have at least five years’ experience within an industrial environment.
- Experience with fire alarm systems is a plus.
- Consignment is part of the function.
- You have a strong customer focus and are result-oriented.
- You are hands-on and willing to develop yourself.
- Effective communication is your main strength.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
