ABOUT US
The Digitalization Specialist roles entail supporting Sales with retaining and expanding business with all existing customers and support business growth plan by professional Refinity and Digitalization initiatives. Together with ensuring high technical customer service level accordant to business and customer needs (incl. trainings to support of customer Digitalization initiatives) by driving all digitalization current and future tools inline with the Regional strategy of the Export Hub – EMEA.
Qualification
- Degree (e.g. Bachelor) in Computer science / information technology / coatings technology
- Ability to work autonomous and responsibly according to main tasks and objectives
- Data analysis and digital strategy
- Experience working with similar systems in a similar business environment
- Excellent level of IT users skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Good understanding of AI tools
- Turkish – fluent in reading, speaking and writing
- English – fluent in reading, speaking and writing
Responsibilities
- Ensure color and reporting software & hardware functions are being promoted and implemented effectively, utilizing all benefits our ECR solutions can bring to the customer (Inventory, Reporting, Costing, Efficiency, etc)
- Support the go to market approach of Region Export EMEA by giving input to the Technical Manager, Marketing and Sales on pricing, communication and selling arguments.
- Monitor and ensure, all digitalization obligations with importers, partners and customers in Region Export EMEA (contractual or non-contractual) are fulfilled professionally
- Review and develop digitalization skillset of Distributors and Customers in collaboration with Technical Management and Business Development Managers.
- Drive concept, development and implementation of new tools in the Export Region.
- Monitor competitors’ digitalization tools implemented in the Region and relay competitors activity to Technical Management and Sales, Marketing Management.
