QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in Order to Delivery (O2D) / Order Management and end-to-end supply chain processes (Order-to-Delivery as well as Sales & Supply Chain interfaces)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service operations, and supply chain planning/execution in a regional environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., SAP R/3 / relevant modules) and related SCM/OTD applications; solid knowledge of reporting & data analysis tools (e.g., BW or equivalent)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable acting as a central point of contact for internal units as well as external customers/suppliers
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural/global contexts; ability to coordinate with global process owners and participate in global projects
- Strong project management skills (planning, coordination, and follow-up in complex environments)
- Very good presentation and facilitation skills; able to communicate technical/process topics to different audiences and hierarchy levels
- Fluent English both written and spoken
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements in the regional end-to-end (E2E) processes (Order to Delivery as well as Sales & Supply Chain processes).
- Central point of contact for inquiries and issues, providing advisory support to all relevant BASF units, external customers, and suppliers; responsible for end-user support and serving as the application expert for technical IT applications.
- Development of technical concepts for OTD processes, drive continuous improvement and implementation, including within the global process context.
- Management, planning and coordination of complex SCM projects in the regional environment in coordination with global CI units; participation in global CI projects and BASF projects
- Management and participation in OTD specialist communities, globally and regionally
- Development and implementation of specific evaluations to support unit management in technical-, organizational-, and leadership issues, derivation of new fields of action (KPI management)
- Target group-oriented communication of subject-specific applications and developments in project placements, profitability calculations, and business decisions at various discussion levels and with different hierarchies
