Objectives of the Position

To support day-to-day activity (documentation and on-site) for Maintenance department Polymer Dispersion Plant, the task will be focused on Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance and Project point of view.

Main Tasks

1. Maintaining and updating the loop diagrams, cause and effect diagrams.
2. Reviewing and updating maintenance’s work instructions related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentations.
3. Cooperating with all other departments (production, PPC, and laboratory) to provide right maintenance services for their equipment.
4. Ensuring the spare parts stocks’ availabilities for each equipment.
5. To perform pro-active and initiative mechanical and E&I maintenance activities.
6. Supporting maintenance supervisor to complete and close the projects within the working year.
7. Maintaining stability of automation systems

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2. Technical & Professional Knowledge: SPLC, Field Instruments, Automation knowledge is advantage
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.
4. Willing to work at Pasir Gudang.'
5. Able to work independently.
